In the heart of Milan, in the Porta Genova district, lies Sogni: a restaurant where gastronomy, music, and design blend to offer a contemporary and sophisticated experience.
Opened in September 2023 and founded by Claudio Antonioli, a key figure in Milan’s fashion and cultural scene, Sogni was created with the intention of reviving the city’s tradition of gathering — that blend of art, social life, and the joy of sharing. Its name —“Sogni,” meaning “dreams” in Italian— refers to Antonioli’s wish to turn it into “the place of his dreams.”
The building was originally a charitable institution dedicated to the care and education of children, founded in the late 19th century by Enrico Mylius, a patron of numerous artistic projects in the city. The renovation reinterprets its original architecture through a warm and timeless language, preserving the essence of the place with noble materials and soft tones that emphasize the building’s history.
The restaurant consists of a large dining room with a shared table, a more intimate main hall, and a lounge bar where music sets the pace of the evening. Wooden finishes, velvet fabrics and lighting create an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, while the seafood-focused cuisine celebrates Mediterranean flavors with elegance and simplicity.

Herencia milanesa y elegancia contemporánea
En el corazón de Milán, en la zona de Porta Genova, se encuentra Sogni: un restaurante donde gastronomía, música y diseño se entrelazan ofreciendo una experiencia contemporánea y sofisticada.
Inaugurado en septiembre de 2023 e impulsado por Claudio Antonioli, figura clave del mundo de la moda y la cultura milanesa, Sogni nace con la intención de recuperar la tradición milanesa del encuentro: esa mezcla de arte, vida social y ganas de disfrutar. Su nombre —“Sogni”, que en italiano significa “sueños”— hace referencia al deseo de Antonioli de transformarlo en «el lugar de sus sueños».
El edificio fue originalmente una institución benéfica dedicada al cuidado y educación de niños fundada a finales del siglo XIX por Enrico Mylius, promotor de numerosos proyectos artísticos en la ciudad. La rehabilitación, reinterpreta su arquitectura original a través de un lenguaje cálido y atemporal, recuperando la esencia del lugar a través de materiales nobles y tonos suaves que refuerzan la historia del edificio.
El restaurante se compone de un gran salón con mesa compartida, una sala principal más íntima y un lounge bar donde la música marca el ritmo de la noche. Los revestimientos de madera, los tejidos de terciopelo y la iluminación puntual crean una atmósfera íntima y acogedora, mientras que la cocina, centrada en productos del mar, celebra los sabores mediterráneos con elegancia y sencillez.
