A 1637 estate converted into a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant
An old estate surrounded by 400 hectares of farmland converted into a restaurant that celebrates the Mediterranean art of living. A place to enjoy nature, music, food and good taste.
The reddish-coloured main building was built in 1637 following the characteristic architecture of the island. A respectful refurbishment that maintains the original aesthetics and layout. The tables are set out in front of the main entrance on a large terrace offering wonderful views of the Menorcan countryside. A live DJ accompanies the evening and livens up the after-dinner conversation.
The Mediterranean-inspired cuisine brings together dishes from the different countries that share the sea. Based on authenticity and the idea of sharing, the dishes are prepared with local ingredients, some from their own garden, which can be visited. Their cocktail menu and pomadas, the typical drink of Menorca, accompany and enhance the gastronomic experience.

Una finca de 1637 reconvertida en un restaurante de inspiración mediterránea
Una antigua finca rodeada de 400 hectáreas de tierras de cultivo reconvertida en un restaurante que celebra el arte de vivir mediterráneo. Un lugar donde disfrutar de la naturaleza, la música, la comida y el buen gusto.
El edificio principal de color rojizo fue construido en 1637 siguiendo la arquitectura característica de la isla. Una rehabilitación respetuosa que mantiene la estética y distribución original. Las mesas se despliegan frente a la entrada principal en una gran terraza ofreciendo unas maravillosas vistas de la campiña menorquina. Un dj en directo acompaña la velada y anima la sobremesa del último turno.
La cocina de inspiración mediterránea, reúne platos de los diferentes países que comparten el mar. Basados en la autenticidad y en la idea de compartir, los platos se elaboran con ingredientes locales, algunos de su propio huerto que se puede visitar. Su carta de cócteles y pomadas, bebida típica de Menorca, acompañan y mejoran la experiencia gastronómica.
