A restaurant with European roots in the heart of Tokyo
Le Pristine in Tokyo is the second restaurant of Michelin-starred chef Sergio Herman with this name. He opened the first Le Pristine in Antwerp, after his great success he decided to expand his cuisine to Asia, and this one opened in December 2023. With this in mind, the chef plans to open a third restaurant at the Grand Hyatt Singapore in 2024.
Located in the boutique hotel Toranomon Hills, it has two different gastronomic spaces, a cafeteria and a restaurant where he prepares Italian-inspired recipes, combining products from his hometown, Zeeland, with authentic Japanese flavours.
A space characterised by a minimalist atmosphere and modern touches, where you can enjoy its famous cocktails, such as Le Pristine Spritz or its delicious local tuna pizza with stracciatella cream.

Un restaurante con raíces europeas en el corazón de Tokyo
Le Pristine en Tokyo es el segundo restaurante con este nombre del chef estrella Michelín Sergio Herman. Abrió el primer Le Pristine en Amberes, y, tras su gran éxito, decidió llevar su cocina hasta Asia inaugurando este en diciembre de 2023. En esta línea, el chef planea abrir el tercero durante 2024 situado en el Grand Hyatt de Singapur.
Situado en el hotel boutique Toranomon Hills cuenta con dos espacios gastronómicos distintos, una cafetería y un restaurante donde elabora recetas de inspiración italiana, combinando productos de su ciudad natal, Zelanda, con sabores auténticos japoneses.
Un espacio donde destacan los toques modernos y el ambiente minimalista, en el que poder disfrutar de sus famosos cócteles, como Le Pristine Spritz o su deliciosa pizza de atún de la zona con crema de stracciatella.
