A 15th century farmhouse converted into a charming restaurant
Le Doyenée is a small hotel with farm and restaurant located in the ancient stables of the 15th century Château of the Mortemart family, located in the south of Paris.
The ancient barn has been renovated maintaining the original wooden structure with the help of a local craftsman. The interior maintains the rustic and farmhouse style, decorated with some antique pieces and a large stone fireplace.
The restaurant (Michelin Guide 2024) has panoramic views of the orchard where James Henry and Shaun Kelly (Australian chefs and owners) grow the vegetables, herbs and flowers they use to prepare their dishes.
The menu follows the seasons and is prepared each day depending on the harvests from the garden, accompanied by local produce, for delicious and authentic dishes.

Una granja del siglo XV reconvertida en un restaurante con encanto
Le Doyenée es un pequeño hotel con granja y restaurante que ocupa los antiguos establos del Château del siglo XV de la familia Mortemart, situado en Saint-Vrain, al sur de París.
Se ha rehabilitado el antiguo granero manteniendo la estructura de madera original con ayuda de un artesano local. El interior recuerda al estilo original de la granja, decorado con algunas piezas antiguas y una gran chimenea de piedra.
El restaurante (guía Michelin 2024) cuenta con vistas panorámicas al huerto donde James Henry y Shaun Kelly (chefs australianos y propietarios) cultivan las verduras, hierbas, y flores con las que preparan sus platos.
El menú sigue las estaciones y se elabora cada día en función de las cosechas del huerto, que se acompañan con productos locales, pudiendo disfrutar de platos deliciosos y auténticos.
