Roman and Williams’ team has removed all traces of the renovations to bring the restaurant back to its original aesthetic. The furniture and decorative elements coexist with the authentic brick walls, turning them into the main protagonists.

El Chef Daniel Rose ha conseguido trasladar al comensal en el espacio y en el tiempo a través de su exquisita cocina. Le Coucou es tradición y pasado, delicadeza y atención.
El interior del restaurante contrasta con el moderno edificio en el que se encuentra. El equipo de Roman and Williams ha eliminado todo rastro de las renovaciones para recuperar la estética original del local. El mobiliario y elementos de decoración conviven con los muros de ladrillo auténtico, convirtiéndolos en los grandes protagonistas.
El Chef Rose trae de vuelta el antiguo estilo de la cocina francesa, servida en una atmósfera sofisticada pero distendida. Platos cuidados y deliciosos elaborados a la antigua usanza, en los que las salsas cobran gran importancia, y presentados de forma elegante y fina.
