A former sawmill converted into a sophisticated restaurant with industrial aesthetics

Creative director Tanja Solci converted an old sawmill from 1929, which belonged to her grandparents, into a sophisticated restaurant with an industrial aesthetic with Michelin star chef Carlo.

The founders entrusted as head of cuisine the young Neapolitan chef Luca Pedata to reinterpret traditional Italian dishes with a modern twist. A menu that respects the original ingredients and varies throughout the four seasons of the year.

An open space where the main characters are the authentic cement walls, the antique chandeliers and the designer furniture. The spot lighting on the two long, crossed tables creates an intimate and different atmosphere where to enjoy exquisite dishes and cocktails as an aperitif, lunch or dinner.

We share the value of family heritage, the importance and beauty of the past. The attention to detail and the combination of old and new. The passion for cooking, and the art of the table.
