En Can Pa, cada pieza de pan es una obra de arte elaborada con ingredientes locales y métodos tradicionales de fermentación lenta. Entre sus especialidades destacan el pan de xeixa, hecho con trigo originario de Mallorca, y sus hogazas de diferentes ingredientes como nueces, aceitunas o hierbas aromáticas.
