Delicious Italian food beneath the ski slopes
Loulou, one of our favourite places in Paris, has opened a new restaurant in the French ski resort of Val d’Isère. For us, the perfect place to relax and enjoy after a long day of skiing.
Chef Benoît Dargère’s exquisite Italian cuisine is presented in an elegant and sophisticated way that enhances the time and care behind each dish.
At Loulou, every detail matters. Everything is thought out and cared for, the crockery which incorporates authentic pieces, the elegant waiters’ uniforms and the embroidered napkins. The natural elements such as the vegetation on the interior ceilings or the snow that decorates the exterior. The printed fabrics on the cushions and walls and the natural wood create a warm and cosy atmosphere in keeping with the traditional Alpine style of the luxury hotel in which it is located.
We share their way of understanding luxury through attention to detail. The respect for tradition and its elegant way of interpreting it. The strive for excellence through the art of setting the table.
Deliciosa comida italiana a pie de pistas
Loulou, uno de nuestros lugares favoritos de Paris, ha inaugurado un nuevo restaurante en la estación francesa de esquí Val d’Isère. Para nosotras, el lugar perfecto para descansar y disfrutar después de un largo día de esquí.
La exquisita cocina italiana del chef Benoît Dargère se presenta de una forma elegante y sofisticada que pone en valor el tiempo y mimo detrás de cada plato.
En Loulou cada detalle importa. Todo está pensado y cuidado, la vajilla que incorpora piezas auténticas, los elegantes uniformes de los camareros, el bordado de las servilletas. Los elementos naturales como la vegetación en los techos interiores o la nieve que decora el exterior. Los tejidos estampados en cojines y paredes y la madera natural, generan una atmósfera cálida y acogedora que sigue el estilo tradicional alpino del hotel de lujo en el que se ubica.
Compartimos su forma de entender el lujo a través del cuidado de los detalles. El respeto por la tradición y su elegante forma de interpretarla. La búsqueda de la excelencia a través del arte de poner la mesa.
