Cristina Llaca and Fernando Olivera founded Cuadra Madrid three years ago, a café in the Malasaña neighbourhood. Inspired by their passion for speciality coffee and artisanal products, they decided to create a welcoming space where quality and proximity would be the protagonists.
In this minimalist establishment they make their own blends of coffee, selecting beans from Latin America and Africa. They also offer a careful selection of homemade cakes, toasts and savoury options made with local and seasonal ingredients.

Pasión por el arte del café
Cristina Llaca y Fernando Olivera fundaron hace tres años Cuadra Madrid, una cafetería en el barrio de Malasaña. Inspirados por su pasión por el café de especialidad y los productos artesanales, decidieron crear un espacio acogedor donde la calidad y la cercanía fueran protagonistas.
En este local minimalista elaboran sus propias mezclas de café seleccionando granos procedentes de América Latina y África. Además, ofrecen una cuidada selección de pasteles caseros, tostadas y opciones saladas elaboradas con ingredientes de proximidad y temporada.
