A Parisian bistro with a century-old history
In the heart of Paris, just a few steps from the Place des Vosges, is Bistrot des Tournelles, a restaurant that pays homage to traditional French bistros.
Located in premises with more than a century of history, it retains the charm of the old restaurant that used to occupy the space. After the renovation, some of the original elements have been maintained, such as the marble counter, the cement tiles and the cash register, creating a very warm and welcoming space.
The kitchen serves classic French dishes such as andouillette with fries, chicken cordon bleu and Provençal beef stew, accompanied by a carefully selected wine list. Desserts include the famous crème brûlée and chocolate mousse.

Un bistró parisino con una historia centenaria
En el corazón de París, a pocos pasos de la Place des Vosges, se encuentra Bistrot des Tournelles, un restaurante que rinde homenaje a los tradicionales bistrós franceses.
Situado en un local con más de un siglo de historia, conserva el encanto del antiguo restaurante que ocupaba ese espacio. Tras la reforma se han mantenido algunos elementos originales, como el mostrador de mármol, las baldosas de cemento y la caja registradora, creando un espacio muy cálido y acogedor.
En la cocina se elaboran platos clásicos de la gastronomía francesa, como el andouillette con patatas fritas, el cordon bleu de pollo o el estofado provenzal de ternera, acompañados de una cuidada selección de vinos. En los postres, destacan su famosa crème brûlée y la mousse de chocolate.
