Italian restaurant and intimate hotel in a 17th-century building
Located in the Jordaan district, in the heart of Amsterdam, Calisto is a project that brings together an Italian restaurant and an intimate hotel with just ten rooms, housed in a 17th-century building.
The ground floor of the building is home to the Italian restaurant, while the upper floors accommodate the hotel rooms. The interiors share a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Light tones, natural woods, and thoughtful details invite guests to feel at home.
The cuisine places the product at its core: an à la carte Italian menu based on fresh, seasonal ingredients that highlights traditional recipes. Meat and fish dishes, along with vegetarian options, sit alongside artisanal breads, focaccias, and handmade pastas. An honest proposal, designed to be enjoyed unhurriedly around the table.

Situado en el barrio de Jordaan, en el centro de Ámsterdam, Calisto es un proyecto que combina un restaurante italiano con un hotel íntimo de apenas diez habitaciones, en un edificio del siglo XVII.
La planta baja del edificio alberga el restaurante italiano y en las plantas superiores, se encuentran las habitaciones de hotel. Los interiores comparten una atmósfera cálida y acogedora. Los tonos claros, las maderas naturales y los detalles invitan a sentirse como en casa.
La cocina pone el producto en el centro: un menú italiano a la carta basado en ingredientes frescos, cambiantes según la temporada, que pone en valor las recetas tradicionales. Platos de carnes, pescados y opciones vegetarianas junto con panes, focaccias y pastas artesanales. Una propuesta honesta, pensada para disfrutar sin prisa alrededor de la mesa.
