The refurbishment began in 2019, where original elements such as the neoclassical façades, high ceilings and Venetian marble floors were maintained. The hotel has been decorated with modern touches, such as contemporary art pieces and Italian design.
The hotel has 130 rooms and 39 suites, with private balconies or terraces with stunning canal views. It has an unusual garden filled with greenery and flowers growing among the original columns and sculptures.

A orillas del Gran Canal de Venecia y con unas maravillosas vistas a la Basílica de Santa Maria della Salute se encuentra el St. Regis, un hotel formado por cinco palacios históricos.
La rehabilitación comenzó en 2019, donde se mantuvieron elementos originales, como las fachadas neoclásicas, los techos altos y los suelos de mármol veneciano. El hotel se ha decorado con toques modernos, como piezas de arte contemporáneo y diseño italiano.
