Exquisiteness, elegance and savoir faire
The Ritz Hotel in Paris is one of the most emblematic hotels in the world and, for us, a reference of elegance, exquisiteness and sophistication. A quiet and private place, which was Coco Chanel’s residence for 30 years and where important personalities, aristocrats and celebrities have stayed throughout history.
Ritz incorporated a new modern vision of comfort, enhancing the guest experience and shifting needs into the future. Ideas such as including a telephone and a private bathroom in the room, or taking care of every detail by using soft duvets on the beds, elevated wellbeing to a higher level. Elegance, modernity and good taste characterised it and set it apart from other hotels in Paris.
It was architect Mewès who reflected Ritz’s ideas and desires in a 1705 building built by Jeanne Baillet de la Cour. Furnishings, fabrics and art from different parts of the world, together with exquisite materials, elements and details, make up a unique style that has endured to the present day, despite the various changes and renovations.

El hotel Ritz de París es uno de los hoteles más emblemáticos del mundo y, para nosotras, una referencia de elegancia, exquisitez y sofisticación. Un lugar tranquilo y privado, que fue la residencia de Coco Chanel durante 30 años y donde se han hospedado personajes importantes, aristócratas y celebridades a lo largo de la historia.
Ritz incorporó una visión más moderna del confort, mejorando la experiencia del huésped y cambiando las necesidades hacia el futuro. Ideas como incluir teléfono y baño individual dentro de la habitación o cuidar cada detalle utilizando esponjosos edredones en las camas, elevaron el bienestar a un nivel superior. Elegancia, modernidad y buen gusto lo caracterizaban y diferenciaban del resto de hoteles de París.
Fue el arquitecto Mewès quien reflejó las ideas y deseos de Ritz en un edificio de 1705 construido por Jeanne Baillet de la Cour. Mobiliario, telas y arte de diferentes lugares del mundo junto con materiales, elementos y detalles exquisitos, componen un estilo propio que perdura hasta la actualidad, a pesar de los diferentes cambios y reformas.
