A 16th-century palazzo transformed into a creative residence
Numeroventi is an artistic residence and boutique hotel set within a 16th-century palazzo in the historic centre of Florence. Conceived as a hybrid project, it brings together hospitality, creation and cultural life, moving away from the conventional hotel model to operate as a living house dedicated to art, design and creativity.
The building has been restored with respect for its original architecture—high ceilings, frescoes and classical proportions—while incorporating a strong contemporary intervention. The interiors blend Italian design furniture, vintage pieces, contemporary art and unique objects, creating spaces that change and evolve over time. Each room is different, conceived as a place to live and create, not merely to stay.
Numeroventi also functions as an artist residency, welcoming creators from different disciplines who live and work there for a set period of time. The project is completed by an active cultural programme—exhibitions, dinners, gatherings and performances—open both to guests and to the local creative scene, reinforcing its role as a point of connection between the city and those who inhabit it temporarily.

Un palazzo del siglo XVI convertido en residencia creativa
Numeroventi es una residencia artística y hotel boutique situada en un palazzo del siglo XVI en el centro histórico de Florencia. Nace como un proyecto híbrido que combina hospitalidad, creación y vida cultural, alejándose del concepto de hotel convencional para funcionar como una casa viva dedicada al arte, el diseño y la creatividad.
El edificio ha sido rehabilitado respetando su arquitectura original —techos altos, frescos, proporciones clásicas— e incorporando una intervención contemporánea muy marcada. Los interiores mezclan mobiliario de diseño italiano, piezas vintage, arte contemporáneo y objetos únicos, creando espacios que cambian y evolucionan con el tiempo. Cada estancia es distinta y está pensada como un lugar para vivir y crear, no solo para alojarse.
Numeroventi funciona además como residencia de artistas: acoge creadores de distintas disciplinas que viven y trabajan allí durante un periodo determinado. El proyecto se completa con una intensa programación cultural —exposiciones, cenas, encuentros, performances— abierta tanto a huéspedes como a la escena creativa local, reforzando su papel como punto de conexión entre la ciudad y quienes la habitan temporalmente.
