Built with local materials using centuries-old techniques and arranged around the central courtyard as in the olden days. The vaulted ceilings and stone walls accompanied by light and natural colours, make every detail of Moroseta breathe the relaxed air of Puglia.
Making guests feel at home is achieved thanks to its cosy suites, and no doubt, to its carefully selected and authentic cuisine. Delicious dishes with local ingredients from their orchard and gardens are exquisitely presented by their chef Giorgia Eugenia Goggi.

Una auténtica masseria de piedra blanca rodeada de 5 hectáreas de olivos, y con vistas al mar y a Ostuni. Un lugar donde conectar con la naturaleza y disfrutar de la tranquilidad y la belleza del campo italiano.
Construida con materiales de la zona utilizando técnicas centenarias y distribuida alrededor del patio central como antiguamente. Los techos abovedados y las paredes de piedra acompañados de colores claros y naturales, hacen que en cada detalle de Moroseta se respire el aire relajado de la Puglia.
Lograr que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa es posible gracias a sus acogedoras suites, y sin duda, a su cuidada y auténtica cocina. Platos deliciosos con ingredientes locales de su huerto y jardines presentados de forma exquisita por su cocinera Giorgia Eugenia Goggi.
