The ingredients used to prepare the exquisite dishes of its restaurant «Jardí dels Ullastres» are grown in its vegetable garden. A seasonal cuisine based on the island’s products, which opens its doors during the summer months.

En su huerta se cultivan los ingredientes que utilizan para elaborar los exquisitos platos de su restaurante “Jardí dels Ullastres”. Una cocina de temporada basada en el producto de la isla, que abre sus puertas en los meses de verano.
