An emblematic belle époque hotel in Biarritz
Built in 1907 by the architect and landscape architect Henry Martinet, the hotel Le Regina reopens its doors for the summer 2023 by the hotel group Experimental. A place to enjoy one of the most chic places on the Basque coast.

The new decoration bears the stamp of French interior designer Dorothée Meilichzon. Colorful fabrics with locally inspired prints characterize the suites with incredible sea views.
It will be chef Grégory Marchand who will head the kitchen of the Frenchie Biarritz hotel restaurant (the chef owns the eponymous restaurants in Paris, London and Verbier) offering authentic dishes of Basque cuisine in line with his signature cuisine with locally sourced fresh ingredients and high quality.

Construido en 1907 por el arquitecto y paisajista Henry Martinet, el hotel Le Regina vuelve a abrir sus puertas para el verano 2023 de la mano del grupo hotelero Experimental. Un lugar donde disfrutar en uno de los destinos más chic de la costa vasca.
Un edificio emblemático de Biarritz distribuido alrededor de un atrio de 15 metros de altura con un techo de cristal Un espacio amplio y luminoso perfecto para disfrutar en el bar tanto de un té como de un cóctel.
La nueva decoración lleva el sello de la interiorista francesa Dorothée Meilichzon. Los tejidos de colores con estampados de inspiración local caracterizan las suites con increíbles vistas al mar.
Será el chef Grégory Marchand quien dirigirá la cocina del restaurante del hotel Frenchie Biarritz (el chef es propietario de los restaurantes homónimos en Paris, Londres y Verbier) ofreciendo platos auténticos de la gastronomía vasca en línea con su característica cocina con ingredientes frescos de origen local y alta calidad.
