Xinú is a Mexican perfumery brand inspired by the abundant and exotic aromas of the American continent. Founded in Mexico City, its stores offer an experience that combines scent, architecture and nature. Our favourite is the one located on Marsella Street, in Colonia Juárez, a former mechanical workshop transformed into an oasis in the middle of the city.
Its small entrance barely hints at what happens inside, but once you walk through it, the space unexpectedly opens onto a beautiful garden with a circular wooden structure completely clad in timber. The flowers and plants surrounding the store are the same ones that inspire many of its fragrances, turning the visit into a sensory experience from the very first moment.
Inside, each product is presented like a collector’s object. Every detail is carefully considered. The perfumes, each with its own distinctive and refined flacon, are displayed alongside the ingredients and elements that compose them, allowing visitors to experience the scents through different supports. The delicate design of the hand-blown glass and wooden pieces, the ceramic vessels for the home candles and the handcrafted furniture reinforce the connection to traditional making and reflect their way of creating.

Un oasis sensorial en el corazón de Ciudad de México
Xinú es una marca mexicana de perfumería inspirada en los abundantes y exóticos aromas del continente americano. Fundada en Ciudad de México, sus tiendas ofrecen una experiencia que combina los aromas con la arquitectura y la naturaleza. Nuestra favorita es su tienda de calle Marsella, en la Juárez, un antiguo taller mecánico transformado en un oasis en medio de la ciudad.
Su pequeña entrada apenas deja intuir lo que sucede en el interior, pero, al atravesarla, el espacio se abre de manera inesperada hacia un precioso jardín con una construcción circular completamente revestida en madera. Las flores y plantas que rodean la tienda son las mismas que inspiran muchas de sus fragancias, haciendo que el recorrido se convierta en una experiencia sensorial desde el primer momento.
En el interior, cada producto se presenta como un objeto de colección. Cada detalle está cuidado. Los perfumes, que tienen un envase diferente y cuidado, se muestran acompañados de todos los ingredientes y elementos que los componen, se pueden oler en diferentes soportes. El delicado diseño de sus frascos de vidrio soplado y madera, la cerámica de las velas de hogar y el mobiliario artesanal refuerzan el vínculo con los oficios y reflejan su forma de hacer.
