London’s trendiest Mexican Restaurant
In the centre of London, next to Hyde Park, is Kol, a restaurant with Mexican roots and English touches.
The Michelin-starred restaurant, founded by the Lastra brothers in 2020, Santiago (chef) and Eduardo (head chef), has recently been awarded by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants of 2024 as the 17th best restaurant in the world.
In the kitchen they prepare dishes of Mexican origin, combining flavours, textures, techniques and ingredients to transport us with their dishes to their native country. It also has a small menu, ‘the little cravings’, so called by the Lastra brothers, in which the chef reinterprets Mexican and indigenous street food, accompanied by a menu of delicious cocktails, which offer a special and complete experience.

En el centro de Londres, junto a Hyde Park, se encuentra Kol, un restaurante de raíces mexicanas con toques ingleses.
El restaurante, que cuenta con una Estrella Michelín, fue fundado por los hermanos Lastra en 2020, Santiago (chef) y Eduardo (jefe de cocina), recientemente ha sido galardonado por The World´s 50 Best Restaurants of 2024 como el décimo séptimo mejor restaurante del mundo.
En la cocina elaboran platos de origen mexicano, combinando sabores, texturas, técnicas e ingredientes para trasladarnos con sus platos a su país natal. Cuenta, además, con un pequeño menú, «los pequeños antojos» denominados así por los hermanos Lastra, en el que el chef reinterpreta la comida callejera mexicana e indígena, acompañados con una carta de deliciosos cócteles, que ofrecen una experiencia especial y completa.
