A dream transformed into one of the world’s most iconic hotels
Located in one of the most emblematic buildings in Paris, close to the Champs Elysées, you will discover Le Bristol Hotel. A quiet, private and familiar place where you can relax and enjoy the attention to detail.
In 1923, Hippolyte Jammet bought the building where the hotel stands today, with the dream of turning it into one of the best hotels in the country and the world, and it opened three years later. Bristol’s history has been replete with notable events, during World War II it housed the headquarters of the US embassy, and during the 1950s it was a haunt of Hollywood stars such as Charlie Chaplin, Kim Novak and Rita Hayworth.
The latest refurbishment was completed in 2008, adding a new wing to the hotel, which has 84 rooms and 106 suites. With a classic, elegant and cosy style, the interiors have been decorated with antique furniture, Persian rugs, chintz fabrics and reclaimed original pieces.
One of its restaurants has three Michelin stars, Chef Eric Frechon’s Épicure, where you can enjoy exceptional dishes made from vegetables and high quality local produce.
We share the same respect for tradition and the enhancement of the past. A commitment to quality and attention to detail.
